A tip for making pill taking easier:
Capsules float, regular pills do not. For capsules, put your head down and swallow. For pills, toss it backI don’t know if this is helpful to anyone else, but in addition sometimes it’s easier to swallow pills in something other than water. When my dysphagia is really bad after surgeries they always have me swallow pills in jello or applesauce, so that might be helpful in general if you have difficulty swallowing pills.
fizzy drinks help me take some of my pills (usually the ones that taste bad or the larger ones) and then drinking lots of water after taking them so you don’t feel like they’re getting stuck.
